We utilise the latest technology to help all recruitment consultants maximise the efficiency of their working methods. Our in house training includes one to one coaching, quarterly reviews and target setting. JOB DESCRIPTION The role of a recruitment consultant is both challenging and rewarding. You will be responsible for creating and managing your own business within a business. Your primary responsibilities will be to generate new business, develop and expand client relationships through to selecting candidates and managing on-going projects. CANDIDATES Ideally you will be well-educated, hard-working with ‘bags’ of common sense, excellent communications skills and a determined approach are essential in being able to successfully deal with clients either face to face or via the telephone. Sales experience not necessary as an aptitude for business and, an ability to think on their feet from self-confident individuals will be more likely to succeed in a recruitment environment.
